But if the power is inside then you would probably want a switch to turn the rumble off when you're not playing  a game. If anyone makes their own rumble mouse make sure to post a link to it here in the comments. I don't really know much about the USB standard, so I did this project the easy (but not as cool) way of attaching the battery. If I make any more, it will be through the USB power.  you can consider this version the proof of concept. Yeah the battery added a little extra weight to the mouse trying to move it and all but for the most part I adapted nicely to it.  Now he just needs to make 7 more so we can have a nice little LAN party!
